An audit is a verification done by the Flipkart team. The auditor performs a physical check of seller premises. Flipkart ensures that a seller is following all legal and business guidelines to sell in the requested category. A physical verification at a seller’s site ensures new sellers do not resort to fraudulent activities. For example, a government-issued FSSAI license compulsory for food products.

Now Flipkart team will check your documents (If it’s Brand Authorization letter / FSSAI Mark & License number then an audit will set and they will verify your documents with brands and government ) then only you can start selling on Flipkart.

Check The Process To Get Brand Approval in Flipkart

Note:- All images are provided after complete information don't skip otherwise you might get a problem.

1. Login to your seller Flipkart pannel, Now go to 'My listing'

2.Now click on 'Add New Listings' - Kindly refer images given below.

3.Now click on 'Add a Single Listing' - Kindly refer images given below.

4.Now find your category in which you want approval (If you are facing any problem in finding categories then learn How to find categories in Flipkart) - Kindly refer images given below.

5.Now 'Check for the Brand you want to sell' put your brand name in 'Enter Brand Name' (If you are eligible to sell in that category then you can start listing / If not then click on 'Apply For Brand Approval' - Kindly refer images given below.

Note:- Important Steps

6-Now you will see many options like ( Brand Name, Brand Logo, Brand Website Link, Where do you sell the products of this brand currently?, Sample MRP Tag images, Are you the brand owner? )

Brand Name 

👉It will be by-default your Brand Name.

Brand Logo 

👉If you have a Brand Logo then upload it - 'It's not mandatory'

Brand Website Link 

👉If you have a Brand Website Link then put website link - Again 'It's not mandatory'

Where do you sell the products of this brand currently?

👉If your brand sell's that product in Wholesale Distribution

                                                    👉Other Online Marketplaces

                                                    👉Brand Retail Website

                                                    👉Not Applicable

                                                    👉Brick & Mortar Shop - Select if any - Again 'It's not mandatory'

👉If you are brand owner select YES / and if you are not a brand owner select NO.

Now when you upload your documents click on 'Apply' button and wait for 48 hours you will get brand approval / if you don't get brand approval find the reason and try to solve that reason.
