Under the same, the packaging, shipping and delivery and returns of such orders are handled completely by the seller or by the third-party logistical partner appointed by the seller.

Sellers must regularly update the status of the shipment against every order on their seller dashboard. The status can be updated as “dispatched”, “delivered” and “installed” as appropriate. Sellers can follow the given steps for self-ship fulfilment updates to their product:
- Sign into your seller account
- Click on the “Orders” tab and then click on “Self Ship Orders” from the drop down menu.
- Click on “New” to view all the new orders that have come in.
- When an order is ready to be packed, select the order and click on “Ready To Pack”. Next, enter the invoice details of your order.
- The order will then be moved to the “Packed” tab. Once your order is completely packed, click on “Ready to Dispatch”.
- Once the order has been dispatched from the premises, you will enter the dispatch details of the same. In case you are using a third party logistics team, you can add the same here.
Ensure your products are dispatched and delivered by the dates mentioned on the order to avoid breaches.
- Sellers can use any logistical partner of their choice. However, they have to ensure their logistics partner complies the Code of Conduct of the Self Ship Fulfilment policy.
- It is advisable to use Flipkart partner logistics. These are available on the self ship orders dashboard.
