Flipkart’s Ask for Assistance has answers to all your queries
Encouraging
every seller to perform better is something Flipkart takes very
seriously. One way in which Flipkart does this is by clearing your
doubts and answering any questions that you may have. All you have to do
is Ask for Assistance. With a new support system, finding assistance for all your queries has never been easier!
The following are the steps you can take to resolve your queries:
- Login to the seller dashboard.
- Click on the three dots, beside your name and email id, on the top right corner of your screen
- Click on ‘Contact Seller Support’
Once the page refreshes, on the left you will be able to see a list of topics. Each topic will have sub-topics within it.
For instance, if you have a question about order cancellation, click on ‘Orders & Delivery’ and then choose ‘Order Cancellation Assistance’
as the sub-topic. Next, you will be able to see a list of commonly
asked questions related to this topic. If your doubt is a part of this
list, you can simply click on the question to view the answer, or you
can also search for questions by entering keywords into the search bar located next to the ‘My Tickets’ button.
Advanced Seller Support
Once
you click on a query and view the answer, you will see a question
asking you if the answer was helpful to you. If you agree, click on
‘Yes, My Query is Solved’. If you are not happy with the explanation, or
need more details, click on ‘No, Create Seller Support Ticket’.
This way you can create a ticket for your query and get an answer from
Seller Support. You can also use the assigned reference number to track
your ticket at a later date.
